Job Summary:
The Pricebook Specialist will
utilize pricing strategies that meet company standards, policies, and
procedures. This includes work with complex data sets to help the company
consider multiple sources and develop pricing models that reflect margins to
achieve revenue goals. This position ensures that sales announcements comply
with pricing changes and vender expectations; as well as, ensuring that retail
store employees are knowledgeable and following these vendor expectations. Detailed
work is required when working with venders for product tracking, returns and
promotions. The Pricebook Specialist will frequently monitor store pricing
systems, provide advertising media and monitor point of sale (POS) registers
for pricing accuracy. Commission reporting on all products incentive sales for
all retail stores is a large focus and responsibility of this position.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Inventory input, control, and forecasting.
·
Implements and maintains standard and promotional
retail of items sold at the point
·
of sale (POS).
·
Researching market for products and vendors.
·
Building and maintaining vendor relationships for
company.
·
Maintaining and increasing sales goals through
efficient product monitoring and advertising.
·
General sales tracking and reporting.
·
General inventory ordering, tracking, and reporting.
·
General inventory movement between stores tracking.
·
General advertising for retail stores of products and
promotions.
·
General inventory receiving and send backs, including
vendor check in and processing.
·
Other projects and duties as assigned.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft
Excel, Point of Sale Systems, or related software.

Proficient with common office equipment, phone,
printer, scanner, fax machine.
Education and Experience:
·
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree
in Business field preferred.
·
At least three years related experience preferred.
